aka F.R.E.D.’s (Fred’s) re-established! Bridging the Old with the new.

If you’ve lived in Snohomish for any length of time, you likely have a memory connected to this building. We understand that F.R.E.D.’s has always been more than just a restaurant — it’s part of the town’s story.

When we took over, we didn’t inherit recipes, furniture, or a turnkey operation. What we inherited was something far more meaningful: a legacy the community cares deeply about. The space needed love, restoration, and vision — and we have poured all three into it.

We are not the previous ownership, and we are not trying to recreate the past exactly as it was. Instead, our mission is to honor those memories while creating new ones. We’ve brought back many familiar favorites — reimagined with our style and approach — while building something sustainable for the future.

Think of F.R.E.D.’s as old and new, together. A place that respects where it’s been and is excited about where it’s going.
