In the heart of historic downtown Snohomish, just steps from the river and the iconic train bridge, F.R.E.D.’s stands where past and present meet.

F.R.E.D.’s isn’t just a restaurant revival — it’s a restoration of legacy.

Originally a beloved gathering place in our community, we re-established F.R.E.D.’s with a simple but powerful mission: to bridge the old with the new. To honor the stories, friendships, and history that made this space meaningful — while creating a vibrant, welcoming eatery built for today’s families, neighbors, and visitors.

Owned and operated by the Mascotti family — longtime Snohomish business owners and stewards of Cathouse Pizza — F.R.E.D.’s represents the next chapter in our commitment to this community. For over a decade, we’ve built our reputation on quality, hospitality, and consistency. When the opportunity came to bring F.R.E.D.’s back to life, it wasn’t just a business decision. It was personal.
